Current topic: Fun, Fun Fun!

Our topic this term is Fun, Fun, Fun!  We have been learning about the history of toys, comparing the old with the new. We have talked about our favourite toy and why this is special to us.

In science we have been learning about animals including humans. We know how to classify them into groups and what types of food they like to eat. Next half term we are learning about the senses and will need to do some taste tests (any excuse to eat chocolate!)

The children enjoyed the work we did on The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch. We loved reading about the antics of those naughty seagulls!

Finally, in our RE topic, we painted some pictures depicting the Story of the Creation. We presented these to the rest of the children in a whole school assembly.
